Your back is what keeps your body upright and straight - it deserves some TLC!

Some good habits:

- Only carry what you need: a heavy pack means more work for your back.
- Use at least both shoulder straps to carry your pack. Ideally, you would use the lumbar belt and chest strap also.
- Pack heavy items at the bottom of your pack to help your balance.
- Sort through your bag regularly and remove items you're not using!

Remember that for all 30l or bigger bags with Strenfit technology, our aim is to achieve a 10 to 20% weight reduction vs a bag of equivalent capacity and use features.
